This rifle was manufactured in 1980 with a fixed beaded blade front sight and an elevation adjustable flip up rear sight. The right side of the receiver is engraved with two squirrels on a branch with bouquets of floral scroll, the left side is engraved with two prairie dogs with bouquets of floral scroll, the top is engraved with a duck in flight and bouquets of floral scroll and the trigger guard is engraved with floral scroll. Mounted on a nicely figured multi-point checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with serrated steel buttplate.

Excellent, 99% of the original blue finish remains with only a few minor handling marks overall. The receiver retains 99% plus of the original French gray with a few slight handling marks. There is some minor cycling wear on the bolt. The wood is also excellent with some scattered minor dings in the forearm and some scattered minor handling marks on the buttstock.
