Manufactured in 1931 with two line address/patent dates on top of the barrel, the left side is marked "NEW SERVICE 38 SPECIAL", with Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame. The serial number is marked on the frame and crane. Blade front and notch rear sights. Checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" in an oval molded at the tops and lanyard ring on the butt.

Very good overall 80% blued finish with some edge wear and scratches and marks from handling. Grips are near excellent with some handling wear. Mechanically excellent.
