Manufactured in 1966 and is marked on the right side of the barrel with the single line Hartford address and on the left side "POLICE POSITIVE SPECIAL/.38 SPECIAL CTG.". This revolver has a serrated trigger, serrated hammer, blade front sight, frame notch rear sight and is fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. Included with the gun is a Colt brown hinged lid box, not numbered to the gun, with a cleaning rod/bore brush and shooting suggestions pamphlet. The box is labeled for a Police Positive Special in .32 caliber with a 4 inch barrel.

Excellent with 98% original blue finish showing mainly only sharp edge wear with some thinning on the back grip strap and a faint turn line on the cylinder. The grips are excellent showing some light handling with sharp defined checkering. The box is shows age and wear however is complete with a good label.

The gun has the number "13" painted in white on the back strap and the number "135" engraved on the butt. With a Colt brown hinged lid box numbered to another gun, with matching labels.

Excellent with 98% original blue finish having a few light handling scratches and a very faint turn line on the cylinder. The grips are excellent showing very minor handling with sharp checkering. The box is very good showing light storage and handling wear with a full label.
