Description:

Equipped with a scarce military style rear sight and the front sight is a raised beaded blade. The left side of the barrel has the two line address/patent dates marking (partially covered by rear barrel band) and "22 SHORT" at the breech. Upper tang has the three line Winchester trademark information with the serial number on the lower tang. Smooth stock with sling swivels.

Rating Definition:

Fine with 40% original blue finish remaining overall with a smooth brown patina on the balance. A series of tool-like marks are present on both sides of the barrel near the muzzle and limited mild pitting is present on the receiver. The wood is also fine with some very scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.
