Description:

The barrel has the two line Hartford address on top and "COLT. D.A. 41" on the left side and the three line patent dates with a circled Rampant Colt appears on the left side of the frame. Visible numbers match with the assembly number "606" on the loading gate. Fitted with smooth pearl bird head grips. The factory letter confirms the caliber, barrel length and finish with the top of stocks not listed. The revolver was shipped to Simmons Hardware Co., St. Louis, Missouri, on Feb. 12, 1904 as part of a 25 gun shipment.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The revolver retains 70% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The frame retains 60% plus original case colors. The grips are excellent with a few minor scratches. The pearl has a very attractive color.
