Blade front sight and notch rear sight with a folding tang sight. Just below the tang sight is a gold inlaid crown over a monogram. The break leaver and rear trigger guard extension are horn. Checkered forearm and straight grip stock with sling swivels and a flat steel buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel retains 70% original blue finish thinning to a brown. The remaining metal surfaces have a mottled gray patina. A chip of horn is missing from the trigger guard extension. The wood is fine with a number of minor pressure dents and scratches. Overall the checkering is crisp. Mechanically fine.
