The slide and frame have the standard "Eagle/WaA135" proofs on the right and left side respectively, with "byf/44" markings on the left side. It has the "d" block serial number and the visible numbers are matching. It has the black plastic ribbed grips and "jvd" magazine. Has the standard blued barrel and phosphate finish frame and slide. Complete with one spare blue magazine and black leather holster marked on the back with a visible Waffenamt proof and larger P.38 stamp.

Excellent plus with 98% plus of the crisp original phosphate finish overall with extremely minor high spot wear. The grips are also excellent with nice color showing minor handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very fine overall with scuffing on the edges and corners. Visible markings on the back with tight stitching.
