Very fine. The pistol retains 85% original blue finish showing a smooth brown-gray patina on the front grip strap and some loss at the muzzle. The grips are excellent with some scattered minor handling marks.

Visible "i" block serial numbers match with one line "ac44" slide marking, "Eagle/359" proofs and ribbed grips. Magazine has an "Eagle/359" proof on the spine.

Visible "r" block serial numbers are matching and there are "Eagle/88" proofs. The barrel lug is marked "cyq" and "*Be." Fitted with a set of ribbed grips. With a magazine stamped with an "Eagle/88" proof on the spine.

Refinished. The pistol retains 95% of the blue finish showing some minor thinning. "P38" slide marking has been restamped. The grips are excellent with a few minor handling marks. Slide does not lock when pulled back.
