Manufactured in 1950 during the Transition period (late 1945 to 1951). Standard Winchester markings including the factory proof on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Hooded ramp front sight, adjustable rear sight and receiver tapped for scope/sight mounting. Polished bolt numbered to the gun, solid bolt knob, late safety and straight receiver tang. Mounted on a straight comb pistol grip stock with checkering, sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate. With five boxes of Remington Express Core-Lokt .257 Roberts cartridges (20/20)

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% plus original blue finish showing some high edge wear and a few minor handling marks. The stock is also excellent with some scattered minor pressure dents. Checkering is crisp overall. Mechanically excellent.
