Single bead front sight on a concave matte solid rib with the number "2" inlaid in gold surrounded by a scroll engraving at the breech. The right barrel is marked "AUGUSTE FRANCOTTE" and the left barrel is marked "BREVETE A LIEGE." 2 1/2 inch chambers, full/improved modified chokes and ejectors. Barrels and forearm are numbered to the gun. An additional gold inlaid "2" is featured on the bottom of the forearm with the number "2" marked on the water table and inside of the forearm. Extensive English engraved scrollwork on the receiver and side plates with a deep relief floral pattern on the fences. The scrollwork extends to the forearm hardware, trigger guard and break lever. Double triggers and automatic tang safety. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with horn grip cap, a circle bone inlay on the underside of the forearm and vented Pachmayr recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Professionally refurbished with nearly all of the blue and casehardened finish remaining. Missing mid-bead sight. The refinished wood has a few minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.
