Manufactured from 1913 to 1921. The left side of the barrel has the one line caliber marking, the top of the receiver has three line address/patent dates information. Smooth grips with S&W medallions. Comes with a correct original green hinged lid box with correct labels, extra magazine, cleaning brush and papers.

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% of the original blue finish with light scratches on both sides of the barrel and frame, and mild edge wear. There are a few very minor dents on top of frame. The grips are very good with the right panel darker than the left and showing some scattered minor dents and scratches overall. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
