Manufactured in 1926. The slide is marked with the standard Colt two line address/patent dates on the left side and "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE .45" followed by the Rampant Colt on the right side. The right side of the frame is marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" with the serial number directly below. Matching serial numbers, fixed low profile sights, checkered hammer spur, slide release lever, trigger, magazine release, safety lever and arched mainspring housing. Blue Colt marked magazine and fitted with checkered walnut grips and a lanyard ring on the heel.

Excellent plus. The pistol retains 99% original blue finish with some mild edge wear and a few light surface scratches. The grips are also excellent with a few light handling/storage marks. The markings are sharp. Mechanically excellent.
