Manufactured in 1961. Standard barrel Hartford address and caliber markings and two line, three date patent frame markings followed by the Rampant Colt with the grip straps and grips numbered to the gun. Fitted with checkered Rampant Colt grips. The Colt black hinged box lid is numbered to the gun.

Excellent. The revolver retains 97% original blue finish showing some loss at the muzzle and cycling marks on the cylinder. The frame retains nearly all of the bright original case colors. The grips are excellent with crisp checkering. The box is very fine showing a few areas where the top layer of paper has pealed away.
