Manufactured in 1957, the second year of production for the Second Generation Single Action Army revolvers. The barrel has with the one line address on top "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .38 SPECIAL" on left side. The left side of the frame has the two line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. Matching serial and assembly numbers.

Excellent. The revolver retains 97% of the original blue finish with the grip straps showing some thinning as well as some wear on the edges and high spots. There are a few minor scratches and a drag line on the cylinder. The frame retains 98% of the original case colors showing some slight fading on the recoil shield. The grips are excellent with light handling marks and sharp checkering. The action is fine
