This is an original Colt 9mm carbine manufactured in the late 1980s that has been upgraded by the addition of a new flat top upper receiver, with the original Colt lower receiver and 9mm barrel. A new GGG brand Picatinny rail adapter/riser that has an integral flip up rear sight has been installed on the upper receiver and the barrel retains the original post front sight/gas block. The carbine has been further upgraded by the addition of a "SureFire M500" forearm/weapon white light, flash light with IR filter. It has the standard Colt black plastic checkered pistol grip and original 2-position sliding buttstock. It is complete with four extra Pro-Mag brand magazines and a black nylon sling.

Excellent. The carbine retains 98% original matte black finish with a minor handling marks from use. The light is in working order. Mechanically very good.
