Description:

The lot consists of a case and accessories for a Colt No. 5 Texas Paterson revolvers. 1) The case is lined in brown velvet and has a blank silver initial shield on the lid. It measures 6 3/4 inches deep, 13 1/4 inches long and 2 1/4 inches high. The case holds the following accessories: 2) A reproduction capper with Colt patent markings. The capper is loaded with percussion caps. 3) An original charger marked with the Colt Patent information in the center and the number "35." The five chargers are tapered and have scribe lines at the mouth and base. The balls are inserted into the wooden chambers and the ball compartment is sealed when the two halves are rejoined. The powder compartment has a simple swivel gate. 4) An original single cavity bullet mold with sprue cutter. 5) An original serrated brass cleaning rod with walnut knob. 5) An original combination tool (unmarked). The multi purpose tool has the ball end that unscrews to reveal a nipple pick. This ball has a silver inlaid band. 7) Also in this lot is a suede holster.
