Manufactured circa 1913. This later production Winchester Low Wall Rifle has a combination front sight and adjustable sporting rear sight with the top of the No. 1 barrel stamped with the two line address on top ahead of the rear sight, "22 LONG R." on top at the breech and "1" on the underside directly ahead of the forearm. British lion proofs on the barrel, frame and breech block and standard three line trade mark information on the upper tang. Mounted with a smooth walnut forearm with ebony forend insert and straight grip stock with a steel shotgun buttplate.

Fine as period refinished overall. The rifle retains 90% English (possibly retailer) blue finish showing some thinning to a gray with some minor pitting (mostly on the lever and buttplate). The muzzle is slightly dished back (professionally done). The wood is fine with a repaired stock, a minor chip missing on the right side near the upper tang and some minor pressure dents and scratches. The markings are clear. Mechanically fine.
