Manufactured in 1898. The barrel has the one line Hartford address with the left side stamped "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER." A Rampant Colt is stamped on the left side of the frame. The cylinder is numbered to the gun and the loading gate has the assembly number "225." Fitted with checkered Rampant Colt embossed grips.

Very fine. The revolver retains 80% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. Limited pin point pitting is present on both sides of the muzzle. The grips are also very fine with a few minor handling marks and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically functions fine.
