Description:

1) David Malsch Luftwaffe Sword, 37 1/2 inches overall with a 30 1/2 inch blade, with a Luftwaffe "droop wing eagle/5" proof and the Malsch makers mark on one side, brass accented aged nickel fittings and a wire wrapped brown leather grip. With a brown leather fitted scabbard with leather belt hanger. 2) Eickhorn Heer Dagger, 14 1/2 inches long with a 10 inch blade, darkened nickel fittings, orange/brown celluloid grip, nickel scabbard, and a green felt/silver wire hanger with round buckles.

Rating Definition:

1) Good, with some bubbling of the nickel on the blade, traces of aged color and some minor flaking on the hilt, mild wear on the leather and a few scuffs and dings on the scabbard. 2) Very fine, with some light spotting on the blade and scattered handling marks overall. The hanger has been reconfigured for wear on the right side of the body for a left handed crossdraw, as opposed to the conventional right handed draw.
