Good as assembled, strong traces of the original blue finish remain on the replacement barrel, rear sight base and trigger guard/floor plate with a streaky brown patina on the balance. The receiver retains 50% of the original blue finish with a smooth brown patina on the remainder. The replacement stock is very good as lightly sanded with legible cartouche. The sling is good, the bayonet is good and the scabbard is fair.

Rating Definition:

Fine as partially refinished, 75% plus of the original matte blue finish remains with some wear on the top left of the receiver and some scattered freckling. There are some small spots of cold blue touch up on the upper left side of the receiver. The wood is very fine with some scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
