Excellent. The rifle retains 98% of the original blue/pewter finish with a few light handling marks and a small area of surface oxidation forward of the wrist on the right side. The buttplate edges show some minor areas of surface oxidation. The wood is excellent with some very light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with some edge marks and light corner wear. One corner seam is slightly torn.
