This rifle has a pre-64 Winchester Model 70 action with a E.C. Coleman 25-06 Ackley barrel manufactured without sights. Equipped with a Bausch & Lomb 8A scope on a Buehler mount and bipod. Late Winchester safety, straight receiver tang and polished bolt numbered to the gun. Checkered high comb pistol grip stock with leather sling and checkered steel buttplate. With 25-05 Ackley die set.

Very fine as professionally rebarreled. The barrel retains 98% of the blue finish showing loss at the muzzle. The remaining metal surfaces retain 70% original Winchester blue finish showing some smooth gray patina on the buttplate and a mixture of brown patina and blue finish on the trigger guard and floor plate. The stock is very good with a series of minor scratches on the buttstock (right side), some minor handling marks overall and much of the finish remaining. The checkering is crisp overall. The scope has hazy optics.
