Manufactured in 1874. The barrel is numbered to the gun and has the two line Hartford address on top, with "22 CAL" marked on the left frame side. A scroll engraving on a punch dot background decorates the barrel sides and behind the hammer with the frame sides featuring a floral motif. The barrel lug and cylinder have a line and dot engraved motif. Fitted with smooth grips.

Very fine. The barrel and cylinder retain 95% original nickel finish showing some minor flaking. The frame retains 25% original nickel plating with the exposed brass having an untouched aged patina. The grips are very fine showing some minor edge wear and some minor handling marks. The engraving and markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
