Manufactured in 1904 and subsequently custom engraved with a cattle brand motif with a punch dot background covering 95% of the revolver. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address in a panel, the left side of the barrel is marked "(BISLEY MODEL) 38 W.C.F." in a panel and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates also in a panel followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame, trigger guard and back strap. The loading gate is marked with the assembly number "6826". All blue finish, standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, and fitted with two piece stag grips.

Professionally custom embellished with most of the blue finish remaining and showing some small areas of pitting under the finish. The grips are excellent. The engraving is crisp. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
