Manufactured in 1943, with a serial number assigned to the first Colt block for that year (possibly a duplicated number, or a frame supplied to Ithaca by Colt). Fixed sights, with the left side of the slide marked "ITHACA GUN CO., INC./ITHACA, N.Y.", and "P" on top, Atwood inspected frame, checkered stamped trigger, serrated thin hammer, slide catch, mainspring housing and thumb safety, High Standard barrel and Keyes Fibre grips. With a custom leatherette case, with the interior lined in black velvet, a brass cleaning rod and a pair of barrel brushes.

Excellent, with 98% plus of the original dulite finish, showing some mild handling marks and edge wear overall. The grips are equally excellent. Case is fine, with some scuffs and cracks. Mechanically very good.
