A later production closed bolt version of the Thompson. Blade front and folding ladder rear sights, with a Cutts-style compensator on the fluted barrel, standard receiver markings, finger grooved pistol grips and a fixed buttstock. Included with the carbine are the following commercial Thompson-branded Auto-Ordnance magazines; a Type "X" 10-round drum with green canvas belt case, Type "L" 50-round magazine in a reproduction "U.S." marked tan canvas shoulder bag with web belt loop, and a super rare Type "C" 100-round drum.

Excellent, with 99% of the original blue finish, showing some light handling marks concentrated on the right side of the receiver and polishing marks on the trigger guard. Stock shows a few light dents. Magazines are excellent in finish, but untested. Carbine is mechanically excellent.
