Manufactured in 1956. Standard barrel markings with the Winchester oval proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech, blade front sight with silver bead, adjustable rear sight and the top of the receiver is grooved for scope mounting. Mounted with a 17 groove flat bottom walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a steel buttplate. The rifle is complete with the original box numbered to the gun with divider, hanging tags, instructions and 10 commandments leaflet.

Excellent plus. The rifle appears to have never been assembled and retains 99% of the original finish with some scattered light spotting on the barrel and a small area on the receiver. With the exception of the toe having several scratches from the front sight in the box, the wood is excellent. The box is very good with minor stains and one small tear on the lid.
