Manufactured in the 1860s. German silver blade front and notch rear sights, with the New Haven address on the rib, "PATENT/APPLIED FOR" on the butt, punch dot backed scroll engraving on the sides of the breech and frame and along the back strap, and smooth flared butt grips.

Good overall. The barrel shows a light gray patina, with a mustard brown on the frame, with scattered light handling marks and areas of tiny pitting. The grips are very good, with some mild varnish loss and dents. Mechanically very good.
