Manufactured from 1866 to 1878. Silver finished blade sights, with the 32 caliber barrel marked "AMERICAN ARMS CO. BOSTON, MASS." and the 22 caliber barrel marked "WHEELER'S PAT. OCT. 31. 1865 - JUNE. 19. 1866". Silver finished brass frame, with a checkered hammer, spur trigger, and smooth grips with a flared butt.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with 50% of the original blue finish on the barrels, which is mixed with a brown patina and shows bright wear along the high edges and scattered handling marks. A few small dings are present at the breeches from the hammer. Traces of deep original silver are present on the protected areas of the frame, with a well aged patina on both the silver and brass. The grips are good, with a few chips at the butt and mild handling marks. Mechanically fair.
