Introduced in 1863, this is a 3rd Version iron frame New Model Pocket, converted to 32 rimfire and outfitted by an unknown party with a detachable brass shoulder stock and an extended barrel, The front sight is a dual purpose blade and globe sight, with an elevation adjustable notch and peep rear sight installed on the top strap. Grips are smooth, with a drilled and tapped screwhole on the back strap, a dovetailed extension mounted to the butt, and an unmarked buttstock.

Very good as period converted and refinished. The barrel has over half of the blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, and the frame shows traces of blue with a mixed gray and brown overall. Grips are good as revarnished, with mild flaking and dings. A well-aged patina is showing on the stock. Mechanically fine.
