Matching serial and assembly numbers. Blade front and frame notch rear sights, blue finish with casehardened frame and hammer, and fitted with earlier production replacement smooth ivory grips.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The revolver retains 85% plus original blue finish with some scratches and wear on the muzzle, a cylinder drag line and some scattered minor spotting. The front sight has been filed down. The frame retains 70% original case colors with scattered small spots of minor pitting. The hammer retains 90% original case colors with tiny spots of minor oxidation. The grips are excellent with a small age crack on the left side at the screw escutcheon and a few minor age cracks on the bottoms. Overall the grips have a pleasant patina and attractive grain. The markings remain clear. The action is fine.
