Manufactured in 1879. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address, the left side has the etched panel marked "COLT D.A. 41", the left side of the frame is marked with the three line, three patent dates and the rear upper left of the trigger guard is marked "41 CAL". All nickel finish with niter blue trigger, hammer (with polished sides) and screw heads. Matching serial number on the frame, trigger guard and back strap and assembly number "355" marked on the loading gate. Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights and fitted with an extraordinary bird head ivory grip.

Excellent. The revolver retains 90% plus original nickel finish with thinning on the high spots and some scattered light oxidation. The acid etched caliber panel is clear. The ivory grip is excellent with a few minor handling marks with highly attractive grain pattern and color. Mechanically fine.
