Blade front and ladder rear sights, with a 2-18 dated Winchester barrel, and a "N.S." marked Winchester bolt. Smooth stock, with a Krag-style brown leather sling, eagle head proofs on the underside of the forearm and wrist, "3" on the left side and a smooth steel buttplate.

Excellent, with 97% plus of the original blue finish, showing the start of a gray patina on the front barrel band and mild handling marks overall. Stock is also excellent, with some light dings. Mechanically excellent. A truly exceptional U.S. Winchester Model 1917 Rifle!
