Manufactured in 1977 and featuring a custom deep relief engraving with silver inlays and scrimshawed ivory grips. The revolver has standard Colt barrel and frame markings with the grip straps numbered to the gun. Two silver inlaid rattlesnakes cross the full length of the left and right barrel sides with the head of the snakes at the muzzle. The back strap has a deep relief floral scroll engraving that incorporates a dragon head at the top. The scrimshawed ivory grips are signed M. Cameron on the left panel and continue with the rattlesnake motif. The right grip panel has a coiled rattlesnake in a fierce posture against his approaching eagle attacker and the left panel has a rattlesnake slithering through the eye cavities of a steer skull.

Very fine as professionally embellished. The engraving on the back strap has a smooth gray patina, otherwise the remaining metal surfaces retain 99% of the blue finish and 98% casehardened finish with a few minor handling marks and traces of a cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with an attractive color and grain pattern.
