This model revolver was manufactured by Charter Arms from 1964 to 1991, this is serial number "14". The barrel is marked "UNDERCOVER .38 SPL." on the left side and "CHARTER ARMS CORP." on the right. The serial number "14" is marked on the forward right side of the frame. Fitted with smooth walnut grips with Charter Arms medallions. Complete with the original factory box numbered to the gun. Excellent. The revolver retains 99% of the original blue finish with a few light handling marks and a light cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with a couple of light handling marks, a small ding on the left panel heel and light verdigris around the medallions. Mechanically fine. The box is good with handling marks, tape repairs, some seam separation and edge/corner wear.
