It is a $75 Grade 12 gauge hammer gun, has 30 inch twist Steel barrels, the length of pull as 14 1/4 inches, drop at heel as 2 5/8 inch, weight as 8 pounds 4 ounces and that it patterned 124 pellets of shot. The barrels have a single bead sight, are choked modified/modified and have 2 1/2 inch chambers with an extractor. The bores measure .745/.745. There is simple border engraving around the outside edge of most of the metal components with flourishes of floral scroll engraving on the side plates, forearm knuckle and bottom of the receiver. Mounted on a checkered walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a smooth steel buttplate. Also with wooden takedown case, 6 empty Parker Bros 12A brass casings, a Parker Bros No. 18, 12 gauge cartridge rammer with base and steel extracting needle with box, powder measure, case extractor and cartridge funnel.

Rating Definition:

Very good, 40% of the original brown finish remains on the barrels with nearly all of the Damascus pattern visible. There are some scattered minor scratches and some spots of minor pitting. The casehardened components have a dark gray patina with the engraving remaining sharp. The lower tang/trigger guard has a smooth mixed gray/brown patina. The wood is very fine with scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically fine with the barrels slightly off face. The case is very good with part of the cartridge block absent. The loading tools are very good.
