This pistol was manufactured between 1940 and 1944 while Belgium was under Nazi rule. The serial number is stamped on the barrel inside the ejection port, on the slide below the ejection port and on the frame below the slide stop pin. There is an "Eagle" firing proof above the serial number on the barrel, on the left side of the slide and on the left side of the frame. The bottom front of the slide, left side of the frame and left side of the slide are stamped with an "Eagle/WaA613" Waffenamt. Has the tangent rear sight graduated to 500 meters and the back strap is unslotted. Fitted with a set of checkered walnut grips. With a leather holster stamped "apf/1942", the blue magazine is stamped with an "Eagle/WaA140" Waffenamt on the spine and the other magazine is stamped with an "Eagle/WaA103" Waffenamt on the spine. Also comes with the bring back paperwork dated June 24th, 1945 listing this gun by serial number and that it was purchased overseas by Marcus L. Ogden.

Very fine, 90% of the slightly faded original blue finish remains with high edge and holster wear along with a brown patina on the grip straps. There are some spots of minor pitting on the left side near the front of the slide. The grips are both very good with spots of wear on the lower corners. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with scratches, scuffs and indentions.
