Manufactured in 1912, the Model 1903 developed into one of Colt's most successful pistols. The left side of the slide is marked with the two line, two block 1897 and 1903 patent dates and address with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and the right side is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS". The serial number is marked on the left side of the frame. Fixed sights, blue finish including the barrel, blue unmarked magazine and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" in a banner at the top and the Rampant Colt over the stylized "C" at the bottom.

Excellent. The pistol retains 97% original blue finish with some high edge wear, and a few minor scuffs and scratches. There is a very small area of light oxidation on top of the slide. The grips are very good with some discoloration at the top of the left panel, light handling marks and crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent. The box is excellent.
