This example was manufactured in 1979. There is floral scroll engraving on the sides of the frame, on the cylinder between the flutes and on the sides and bottom of the barrel. There is a gold wire inlaid border on the barrel, frame and cylinder. On the right side of the frame under the grip is engraved "Colt Engr./R. BURT". Fitted with a set of checkered walnut grips. With the original box numbered to the gun.

Near new with only a few scattered light handling/storage marks overall. The box is very good.
