The receiver, side plates, break lever, trigger plate, trigger guard and a small portion at the rear of the barrels have tight floral scroll engraving. There are crescents of rose bouquet engraving on the side plates and trigger plate. The barrels have a single brass bead sight, are choked .000/.030 and have 2 5/8 inch chambers with ejectors. The left barrel is engraved "F.P.GEERINCKX" and the right barrel is engraved "A PARIS". Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered hard rubber grip cap and Mershon recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very good, the barrels retain 90% of the original blue finish with some scattered scratches, dings and wear. The side plates and trigger plate retain 95% original blue finish with some scratches and minor dings. The trigger guard has been repaired and retains 25% of the original blue finish with a brown patina on the balance. The receiver and forearm iron retain 30% of the original case colors in the protected areas. The stock is very good with scattered minor scratches, dings and recoil pad added. Mechanically fine.
