Measuring 25 1/5 inches long, this "wahabite" jambiya straddles the line between a large dagger and a short sword. The blade is 20 1/4 long, with a light curve, double edged "lozenge" cross-section, and a 6 1/4 inch long section of dot engraving on each side. The grip is smooth contoured horn, with dot and bead accented silver decoration, with a silver collar around the center and a pair of large ball studs on the obverse. With a silver paneled sheath, decorated to match the hilt fittings and wired directly to a 35 1/2 inch long and 3 1/2 inch wide camel skin belt.

Fine. The blade shows some mild spotting and handling marks, with some light wear on the hilt and a mixed aged patina on the silver. The belt is very good, with lost stitching, a re-mounted tongue, cracking and scuffs.
