The engraved lock plate is marked "WARRANTED" and the top of the barrel is marked "LONDON." Two British proofs are stamped on the left side of the barrel at the breech. The pistol is fitted with fixed sights. The top of the barrel is flat. The barrel tang and trigger guard are also engraved. The trigger guard with pineapple finial and ramrod pips are brass. The full length stock features a single barrel wedge with silver escutcheon, monogrammed silver thumb escutcheon and checkering on the grip area. The wooden ramrod has a brass tip. The partitioned wooden case with brass hardware contains both pistols, ramrod, oiler, screwdriver, unmarked powder flask, key, and iron bullet mold.

Very good. The barrel has a mottled gray patina with some mild pitting and the action has a smooth gray patina. The brass has an attractive patina. The stock is very good with a repair on the forearm (right side) and some moderate handling marks with overall crisp checkering. Mechanically fine. The relined case is very good showing exterior handling/storage marks and some high spot to the lining with most of the veneer remaining.
