Manufactured in 1940 with a gold bead ramp front sight with hood absent, a flat block in the rear sight dovetail, and a non-factory installed Williams receiver mounted adjustable peep sight, a 3/4 magazine, metal forearm cap, quick release sling swivels, and fitted with checkered pistol grip stock and forearm with a Winchester hard rubber grip cap and a brown Pachmayr vented buttpad.

Fine. The rifle retains 85% of the original finish with some finish wear on the loading gate, lever, and lower tang and finish absent on the forend cap and magazine end and some overall minor scratches and marks. There is brown patina on the lever and lower tang and etching on the right side of the rear sight mount. The stock and forearm are very fine with some minor marks and scratches. The oversize non-factory buttpad has only faint wear.
