Manufactured in 1964. With high visibility red front bead and white mid bead sights, a full choke, 2 1/2 inch panel of engraving on each side of the 2 3/4 inch chamber, ejector, and "K3814" on the jeweled water table. The casehardened frame shows over 80% engraving coverage with punch-dot backed scrollwork on all sides, floral and burst patterns around the screws, an engraved American eagle on the underside, and a deeply cut field scene with a raised golden game bird on both the right and left. Fitted with an extra-fancy checkered walnut stock with floral and scroll engraved hardware on the beavertail forearm, checkered accent panels and fleur-de-lis designs on the wrist, black plastic grip cap, unmarked inscription panel on the underside and a vented Ithaca recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 1/8 inches to end of pad, 13 1/4 to end of wood.

Excellent with over 95% of the original blue finish, with some light handling marks overall along with some bright edge wear. The frame is fine with a smooth gray patina on the lower tang, silvering of the case colors, and bright original color on the sides of the frame ahead of the panel scenes. The stock is very good with some cracking of the varnish, a ding on the lower right side of the buttstock, mild compression of the recoil pad and highly attractive grain and figuring. Mechanically excellent.
