This is a fabulous all original unaltered early "NSKK" marked Walther PP pistol rig complete with an original NSKK marked black leather holster. These original NSKK marked Walther pistols are considered very rare with the original NSKK marked holsters even rarer as they are near impossible to even find! This pistol falls into the documented serial number range of original NSKK marked pistols as shown on page 100 of the excellent book "Walther Models PP and PPK 1929-1940" by Rankin. In addition, this exact pistol and holster are pictured on the bottom of page 250 of the excellent book "Axis Pistols" by Jan Still. These pistols were originally issued to senior officers within the National Sozialistisches Kraftfahr Korps (National Socialist Transport Corps). Initially, their responsibility was to transport all senior members of the NSDAP, however, that was expanded to encompass the transportation requirements of the Nazi party, specifically the Army and SS. Although the NSKK performed a very vital war effort, they didn't receive as much notoriety as either the Army or SS. The left side of the slide is marked with the Walther banner followed by the two line address and caliber markings, "Mod.PP", and the "NSKK Banner/Nazi Eagle/Swastika". The right side of the barrel, slide, and chamber are stamped with the early "Crown/N" commercial proofs with the serial number stamped vertically on the side of the frame. It is correctly hand scribed/scratched inside the slide with the matching last three digits "964". It is fitted with the original two piece black plastic checkered grips with Walther banners at the top of each panel. As noted, this super scarce pistol is accompanied by an equally rare, all original, NSKK marked black leather holster that is also in exceptional condition. The holster has the same "NSKK Banner/Nazi Eagle/Swastika" stamp on the top flap and is properly Akah maker marked.

Excellent with 97% of the bright original blue finish overall with edge and high spot wear with minor blue loss on the lower rear edge of the frame and front muzzle area. The grips are also in excellent condition with nice black finish on both sides, sharp distinct checkering and Walther markings with just the typical, very minor tiny chip on the lower left front edge of each grip. The holster as noted is absolutely all original and in exceptional condition with 98% of the original black finish overall with clear, distinct makers markings on the front flap and clear NSKK markings/Nazi eagle on top of the holster flap with just some very minor age cracking on top of the flap.
