Made in 1941, and issued with a pair of matching numbered magazines; most P.38 magazines were sent out unnumbered, and the few that were tended to be separated from the pistol due to loss, damage, or individual sale. Fixed sights, with "P.38" and "ac/41" on the left side of the slide, "eagle/359" and "eagle/swastika" proofs on a number of parts, and matching numbers on the slide, frame, barrel, locking block and both of the "359" proofed magazines. Fitted with ribbed brown plastic grips.

Very fine, with 70% of the slightly faded original blue finish, showing areas of gray and brown patina, bright edge wear, and scattered handling marks. Grips are very good, with some light spots of fading and minor dings. Mechanically excellent.
