Manufactured in 1955 (receiver). It is chambered in the desirable 22 Hornet caliber. Hooded ramp front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight on a barrel marked with the Winchester legend on the left side and two-line address on the right side. The receiver is tapped for scope/sight mounting with straight grip tang. Late safety, solid bolt knob, polished bolt numbered to the gun and sling swivels. The pistol grip stock features checkering and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as professionally refurbished/restored. The carbine retains nearly all of the blue finish showing a couple light handling marks. The reoiled stock is very fine showing the slightest handling marks with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
