Manufactured from 1865 to 1888. Brass pin front and notch rear sights, with the two line Remington address/patent dates on top of the chamber, checkered hammer and smooth grips.

Good. A varnish overcoat has been applied to the pistol, with a mixed brown patina overall, bright edge wear and mild spotting. The grips are very good, with a few mild dings. Mechanically functions, but breechblock is loose.
