Manufactured in 1900 (receiver) and subsequently custom upgraded to deluxe specification many years later. Dovetail front and elevation screw adjustable rear sight on a matted top barrel flat with the two line address and "22 W.R.F." stamped on the upper left barrel flat. Upper tang has the three line model/patent marking. Casehardened frame, hammer and buttplate with remaining surfaces blue. Highly figured 12 custom groove forearm and checkered pistol grip stock with hard rubber Winchester grip cap.

Very fine as professionally refurbished/restored. The rifle retains most of the custom blue finish showing loss on the action bar and some very light cycling marks. 99% plus of the case colors remaining. The wood is near mint with the forearm showing some imperfections in the carving and a couple putty filled blemishes with crisp checkering.
