Manufactured in 1894 (receiver) and subsequently upgraded to current specification many years later. It is chambered in 22 Short. Blade front sight and elevation screw adjustable rear sight with the top barrel flat marked with the two line address and "22 SHORT." The upper tang has the three line model/patent marking. Bright frame and casehardened side plate with remaining metal surfaces blue. The nicely figured straight grip stock features wrist checkering, 12 grooved forearm and crescent buttplate.

Very fine as professionally refurbished/restored. The rifle retains 97% of the blue finish showing wear on the magazine. The wood is near mint showing a couple minor handling marks with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
